AYURVEDA FOR BOOSTING IMMUNE SYSTEM

Amla (Emblica Officinalis)
Amla enhances Prana, Tejas and Ojas.
Amla is high in antioxidants. It is very good for your liver. Therefore, Amla is known to restore anti-oxidant system and liver enzymes back to normal. It prevents liver damages due to toxins and cancerous substance. Amla helps the immune system to fight the real threats.
Ashwaganda (Withania Somnifera)
Ashwaganda balances the quality of Tejas & Soma.
Ashwaganda stimulate hormonal glands. It relaxes the adrenal gland and improves thyroid gland activity. It activates and mobilizes the immune cells. It also reverses the adverse effect of steroids on immune system. Though Ashwaganda does not have anti-bacterial properties it tones endocrine and metabolic systems.
Turmeric (Curcuma Longa)
Turmeric has anti-inflammatory agent. Turmeric contains Curcuma which helps in controlling inflammation as effectively as Aspirin. Curcuma is also good for treating chronic diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, obesity and other metabolic diseases. By controlling over – inflammation it takes away stress from the immune system and adrenal gland. It also protects tissue damage from inflammation. In this way, Turmeric strengthens the immune system.
Guduchi (Tinospora Cordifolia)
Guduchi enhances the quality of Tejas.
Guduchi helps immune system and liver functions. It is a rich combination of anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatory, immune modulator and liver supporter. Guduchi blocks the effect of inflammatory signals thus generating anti-inflammatory effect. This controls immune system’s allergic reactivities that are non-specific. Neem (Azadirachta Indica)
Neem supports Tejas & Soma and balances Prana.
